· JOB DESCRIPTION-

Small surgical practice in Englewood is looking for a full time office manager to run and maintain daily operations of the office.

Scheduling of patient appointments and surgery at various operating room locations.

Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations.

Maintain patient flow through the office and ensure exam rooms are cleaned and disinfected between patients

*REQUIREMENTS-

Previous medical office experience of at least 3 years

Able to be flexible and multitask in a small office environment. We seek a detail

oriented individual who is intelligent and self-motivated.

Awareness of medical record keeping, insurance pre-certification, reimbursements and

insurance company relationships.

Successful candidates will be professional and self-motivated with strong multitasking

abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

*RESPONSIBILITES-

Manage day to day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, coordinating patient referrals and scheduling surgery.

Manages internal billing processes and coordinates with external billing company

Actively promotes a high level of patient relations that fosters professionalism and respect.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HIPAA & OSHA regulations.
